On May 17th, 2020, Thérése Fae Bell Glover passed away peacefully at age 54 after an ongoing battle with cancer. Tracy was the mother of four children. However, many people considered Tracy like a mother.
Tracy was born to Raymond J. Bell and Cheré J. Bell at Naval Station Great Lakes hospital in Great Lakes, Illinois. Tracy married Hardy Lee Glover on November 16, 1985. When Tracy's children were young, the phrase "stay-at-home-mom" didn't exist. Along with taking care of and teaching her own children good values and morals, she was a teacher's aid at Red Bluff Elementary. Tracy was an exceptional wife, mother, and worker. She cared deeply for her family, neighbors, and friends; she did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She was always the first to offer help and a committed member of the Catholic Church, St. Hyacinth. She made sure to leave a smile everywhere she went and she always ensured that every child who crossed her threshold whether they be her own, her nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews or even just childhood friends were safe, healthy, and happy. She was a ray of SUNSHINE for the world.
Tracy is survived by her husband Hardy Lee Glover, her father Raymond J. Bell, brothers David Bell and Michael Bell, sister Angele Pendergraft. She is also survived by her children: oldest son Adam Glover, daughters Tiffany Garcia and Rebecca Glover, and youngest son Travis Glover. Her love is still existing by them and several family members and friends whose hearts she has touched in her time here. She is predeceased by her mother Chrere Joanne Bell and great nephew Nicholas Taylor Pendergraft.
